1. What we collect

When you book a service or apply as a cleaner through DhoDaalo, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include:

Full name and phone number
Service address or general area (sector/locality)
Preferred service type and booking date
For cleaner applicants: preferred work type and city

2. How we use it

We use this information solely to confirm and fulfil bookings, match customers with available cleaners, communicate about your booking or application, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Who we share it with

Relevant booking details (such as your name, phone number, and service address) are shared with the cleaner assigned to your job, so the visit can be completed. Booking and application details are sent to us through WhatsApp, a third-party messaging service, which handles data according to its own privacy terms.

4. Data storage

Booking and application data you submit through our forms arrives as a WhatsApp message to our business number. We do not currently store payment card details, as payments are handled directly between customers and cleaners or through separate payment channels specified at booking.

5. Your choices

You can request that we delete your information from our records at any time by contacting us at dhodaalo4@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. We will action such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Cleaner applicant data

Information submitted by cleaner applicants, including any documents or references provided during vetting, is used solely for verification and onboarding purposes and is not shared beyond what is necessary for background checks.

7. Changes to this policy

As DhoDaalo grows and adds features like online payments or an app, this policy will be updated to reflect any new data we collect or new ways we use it.
